"The staff at Potbelly was working hard under pressure, but my online order experience could be improved. I arrived when the store was empty, but after waiting, I watched 15-20 walk-in customers come, order, and leave with their food while I was still waiting for my single online order. It seemed like a large catering order was causing delays. A better system could include accurate wait estimates, especially when large catering orders are being prepared, or balancing online and walk-in orders more fairly. The team was clearly doing their best, but these changes would improve the experience for everyone."

"I got the tuna sub on multgrain bread.. I add mayo.. just a FYI they only put alittle on tub of the sandwich it's not mixed in. But it was still good. The soup was also good. I have pretty much gotten all their soups they are all great"
